NTT DoCoMo bound Tizen smartphone clears FCC

NTT DoCoMo could be the first carrier to offer a Tizen powered device. A smartphone powered by Samsung's own OS with model number SC-03F has obtained FCC certification. The SC-03F is rumored to feature design which is similar to the current flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S4. Samsung's upcoming device is said to be 136.1mm long and about 69.1mm wide.
