The energy inside Research In Motion (RIM) is at an all-time high. We are weeks away from the biggest product launch in BlackBerry history. To capture some of the excitement, I took a moment to connect with a few of our senior executives who have been leading teams directly involved in the making of BlackBerry 10.
Each week leading up to the launch of BlackBerry 10, I will be releasing a fresh video interview clip with this group of execs. This week’s video clip gives an inside look into the teams who have been
working hard behind the scenes on the launch of BlackBerry 10 and BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10. Whether from an enterprise software, security or customer support perspective – each piece of BlackBerry 10 has been architected with our customers in mind.
Our global employees have been working tirelessly to perfect the customer experience. According to Pete Devenyi, his team has “been working around the clock to get BlackBerry 10 and BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 out the door.” Similarly, Scott Totzke’s team has been fine tuning the embedded security features – a core BlackBerry differentiator. “We’ve been looking at BlackBerry 10 as a new paradigm in mobile computing…we’ve now taken an opportunity to re-invent the platform and make security a strategic enabler – not just for BlackBerry, but our customers.”
