This Weekend’s Hashtag Project: #WHPportraitofahome

Weekend Hashtag Project is a series featuring designated themes & hashtags chosen by Instagram’s Community Team. For a chance to be featured on the Instagram blog, follow @instagram and look for a photo announcing the weekend’s project every Friday.

We’ve been inspired by @mark_marchesi’s beautiful photos of houses. The goal for this weekend’s project is to capture portrait-inspired photographs of beautiful homes. Some tips to help get you started: take a trip to a unique or iconic house (or apartment building) in your neighborhood, try to fit the entirety of the house in your photo and be sure to share what prompted you to take a photograph of that particular home!

PROJECT RULES: Please only add the hashtag #WHPportraitofahome to photos taken over this weekend and only submit your own photographs to the project. Any image taken then tagged over the weekend is eligible to be featured right here Monday morning!
