The Sony Xperia Z1 has finally been officially announced, bringing and end to the uncertainty (if there even was any) of one of the most prolifically leaked smartphones of our time.
As per our earlier post where the official press release for the Xperia Z1 was leaked, the phone was confirmed to possess:
- 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor
- 2GB RAM
- 16GB internal storage (with expandable microSD)
- 5-inch 1920×1080 ‘Triluminous’ HD Display
- 3,000mAh battery
- 20.7 MP camera
The phone is obviously camera centric without requiring a bulky extension, instead option for the removable lenses that Sony has been teasing/leaking and there is software to match on the Xperia Z1. Hopefully we’ll get a better look at all of this as IFA 2013 goes on.
Who’s going to get a Sony Xperia Z1? Let us know if you are in the comments.
