Samsung Pay ad recruits Lil Wayne and his penchant for champagne again

A few weeks ago, we saw Samsung’s official Galaxy S7 ad which featured Grammy award winning rapper Lil Wayne enjoying his new Galaxy S7 edge by pouring champagne all over it while it remained functional. Lil Wayne is back again, but this time in a Samsung Pay ad – to keep the joke running, however, Weezy is still enjoying his water resistant Galaxy S7 edge for the duration of the ad. Check it out below:

Not quite the outrageous hilarity of the original ad, but still a good one to highlight the water resistance of the Galaxy S7 range and the fact that Samsung devices offer Samsung Pay as a service. We can’t wait to see what Samsung thinks of next – or what what Lil Wayne will do when he runs out of high-end champagne.
