For British runner Mo Farah (@gomofarah), going the distance isn’t just about winning races — it’s about putting in the work to be one of the best in the world. “I always think about what I’ve put myself through over the past four years,” Mo says. “120 miles a week, months away from the family — the physical and mental challenges can be brutal. Train, eat, sleep, repeat!” After his performance at the London Games and this year in Rio, the 33-year-old became the first man in 40 years to win gold medals in the 5,000- and 10,000-meter races in back-to-back Olympic Games. Mo’s fans are what keeps him going during grueling competitions. “Having people shouting your name on the track, believing in you, can mean the difference between success and failure,” Mo says.
