Samsung Gear S3 and Gear Sport get Tizen 4.0 with Value Pack update

Samsung is rolling out the Value Pack update for the Gear S3 and Gear Sport, which includes an OS upgrade to version 4.0. The rollout started yesterday in select markets and will expand to more regions "in the near future". Samsung Health got a major update and can now track 39 types of exercise (20 of which indoors).
