Thanks to the JBL Link Bar your TV is about to get a lot smarter. First shown off at Google I/O in May 2018 the Link Bar expands on JBL’s Link series that includes Google Assistant. Not only does it feature Google Assistant but it also has Android TV and Chromecast built-in along with three 4K enabled HDMI ports.
Now, you can put the remote aside while you use your voice to ask Google to play YouTube videos, Netflix shows, play your favorite songs, or ask it to switch inputs from your Blu-ray player to game console. The JBL Link Bar is going to change how you interact with your TV and it comes packed with JBL legendary sound.
Unfortunately, that doesn’t come cheap as the JBL Link Bar is expected to cost $399.95 standalone with an optional subwoofer being offered for $299.95.
