Weekend Hashtag Project: #WHPwildthings

Weekend Hashtag Project is a series featuring designated themes and hashtags chosen by Instagram’s Community Team. For a chance to be featured on the Instagram blog, follow @instagram and look for a post every week announcing the latest project.

The goal this weekend is to make creative videos of the animal kingdom.

Here are some ideas to get started:

• Showcase your pet’s personality by capturing them in their element – whether that’s mid-Frisbee in the backyard or curled up in a favorite nook.
• Take a furry friend on a neighborhood adventure, and record your route with Instagram’s Hyperlapse app.
• Don’t forget about animals in the wild! Explore the sights and sounds of nature like birds chirping in pine trees or dolphins breaching at the coast.

PROJECT RULES: Please add the #WHPwildthings hashtag only to videos taken over this weekend and only submit your own visuals to the project. If you include music in your submissions, please only use music to which you own the rights. Any tagged video taken over the weekend is eligible to be featured next week.
